Charlotte Trego, a 27-year-old mother of two, was last seen leaving her apartment on foot on May 3, 2014. She is 5-foot-4-inches with dark hair and blue eyes, and has a tattoo of a boyfriend’s name on her chest. Charlotte is still missing.
Born in 1986, Charlotte was the youngest of four children and her parents couldn’t have been more proud. Surrounded by family and neighborhood kids, Charlotte grew up playing in the creek, climbing trees and catching frogs. She was a tomboy and a daddy’s girl who loved spending time with her father.
When Charlotte was 13, her father died of cancer. She was devastated by the loss, but after some time, began to move forward. The tragedy made Charlotte and her mother even closer, and once back on her feet, Charlotte’s grades started to improve as well.
At age 17, Charlotte gave birth to her first child. Charlotte soon became overwhelmed with school and young motherhood. She was moody and distant, and when confronted by her mother, Charlotte confessed to using drugs. But Charlotte finally straightened
up; she got a driver’s license and talked of starting a career. She met a kind and stable guy and continued to make progress. When Charlotte found out she was pregnant again, she was delighted – and her boyfriend proposed shortly thereafter.
